How do I request for samples?
Please take a review on our latest catalogue and let us know what colors you like. You will receive the samples in 7-10 days.

What is the estimated delivery time after placing an order?
The expected duration for a complete order of a 20-foot container is approximately 3-4 weeks. In case the customer requires expedited shipping, we are open to discussing options to accommodate their request and adjust the production timeline accordingly.

How many quartz slabs fit in a container?
Importers should be aware of weight restrictions when loading quartz slabs into containers.
These restrictions vary based on transportation method and location:
- Standard US port restriction: 27,000 kg (59,524 lbs)
- Rail/ramps restriction: 21,500 kg (47,399 lbs)
- Standard US road limitation: 19,900 kg (44,000 lbs) using a tri-axle truck.
The gross weight of the container will depend on the size and thickness of the quartz slabs being loaded.

Are there any antidumping and anti-subsidy taxes imposed by the US on quartz surface products imported from Vietnam?
USA does not impose anti-dumping and anti-subsidy taxes on quartz surface products imported from Vietnam. We are capable of providing a Certificate of Origin for every shipment to verify that all Lux quartz slabs and prefab are produced in Vietnam.

I have no experience with importing, how could I do?

What certificates does Lux Quartz have?

What is a honed vs. polished surface?
It is determined by the depth of grounding the slab undergoes in its final stages. Honed is a more matted sheen that has a flat, smoother texture, while polished gives off a highly reflective, bright shine.

What products to avoid in protecting quartz?
- Avoid strong chemicals and solvents, and strong acids or alkalis, oxidizers or similar materials, regardless of pH.
- Avoid harsh cleaning products such as: oven/grill cleaners, dishwasher detergent, floor strippers, oil soaps, paint removers/strippers, etc. or any products containing trichloroethane or methylene chloride.
- Avoid products containing oils as they may leave a residue. All products should be rinsed off thoroughly.
- If the surface comes into contact with any products that might damage it, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
- Check each cleaning product first on an inconspicuous area to ensure it doesn’t damage the surface.
Should your surface accidentally be exposed to any potentially damaging products, rinse immediately with water to neutralize the effect.

Is Lux Quartz safe for food preparation?
Yes, Lux Quartz is nonabsorbent and is NSF Certified(opens in a new tab) for food and splash zones in kitchens.

Does Lux withstand heat? Can I put a hot pan or pot on it?
It’s recommended to use trivet or hot pad when transferring direct heat to your Lux surface. With sudden changes of temperature, even natural stone surfaces can be damaged.
